Closure Notice — Effective December 31, 2025

After more than two decades serving investors, founders, and corporate acquirers, Do Diligence® Partners, Inc. will cease operations effective immediately and close our doors on December 31, 2025.

Please visit this page again in early 2026 for updates, as discussions are underway that may lead to continued operations under new ownership.

We thank our clients who made us part of their due diligence teams, entrusting us to deliver unbiased, comprehensive technology assessments of acquisition and investment candidates.

Finally, and most importantly, I am especially grateful to our Senior Consultants — my colleagues and friends Jim Cook, Richard Zulch, Jacquelyn Jackson, Thomas Hamilton on the current team, Andrew McCasker, the late George Bergeris and my former business partner, Chuck Francis. Without them, this business would not have existed, and I would never have had the privilege of working alongside some of the finest technology and business minds in the industry.
